Cancellation policy
We offer cancellations on purchases made of the goods offered on Monogramavenue.com. We offer cancellations only prior to download and within 6 hours of purchase for physical goods for items that do not ship the same day. Items that ship the same day require a 2 hour cancellation.
You may cancel your order by contacting us. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your purchase in accordance with the instructions above. We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if you cancel your purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased. We will let you know immediately if we plan on cancelling your purchase.

Refund policy
At Monogram Avenue, every item is custom-made with care, ensuring it is uniquely yours. Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us! We take great pride in our craftsmanship, and if there is ever a mistake on our part, we will gladly make it right. If you receive an item that is incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Please Note: If we ship the wrong item or incorrectly personalize an item, we will replace the item with the exact personalization requested. Please be sure to check your order carefully prior to submitting the order to our system.
If you receive a personalized item that is defective we will replace that item at no cost to you. The item will be replaced with the exact same personalization. Any personalization different from the original will be considered as a new item.
If you receive an item with a product creation error, you must notify us within 7 business days from the date of delivery of your item (all items are shipped with tracking). We track all products shipped and keep delivery confirmation information on file for each order.
In some cases, we may ask for photos of the issue or request the item to be returned in order to provide a replacement. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

It is your responsibility to contact us to initiate the return process and to return the item within 7 business days for receipt in its original condition with the original packaging, box, and any instructions or papers that were sent with the item.
Once the item has been received, inspected, and deemed to be in original condition we will start the replacement process. You can expect to receive a refund or product replacement within approximately 7-10 business days. The refund will be the amount of the item returned excluding shipping and handling. Monies for refunds are applied to the original form of payment.
We suggest that returns be sent via USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation to ensure the package is received by Monogram Avenue. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Shipping Time — Most non-personalized orders received will ship in 3-5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or U.S. holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Some items on our website ship directly from the manufacturer to decrease delivery time and so, some transit times may vary slightly.
Monogram Avenue ensures that products are shipped to you by in the time frame listed for each product; however, Monogram Avenue cannot predict transit times from the time a package leaves our possession to the time that you receive it. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Unless otherwise indicated, personalized items can take an additional 7-14 business days to ship. During busy seasons personalized items can take an additional 10-14 business days to ship. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. holidays.
Monogram Avenue ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We do not ship internationally or to P. O. Boxes.
No warranty on purchases
The items or services displayed or sold on Monogramavenue.com are provided “as is,” No warranty, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability, of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose or use) shall apply to any items or services displayed or sold on this Website, whether arising by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade or otherwise.
Remedies
You agree that the remedy for breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase shall be none. You also agree that the remedy for breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase shall be to pursue dispute resolution as provided in the “governing law, severability, dispute resolution, venue and class action waiver” section below. Subscriptions
