LOCAL PICKUP OPTIONS
For customers in DeSoto County, MS and surrounding areas near the 38672 zip code area, we’re pleased to offer convenient local pickup options.
During checkout, simply select “Local Pickup” as your delivery method, and once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification along with instructions for pickup.
NOTE: Please note that not all products are available for local pickup. Items for available for local pickup will be marked with “Local Pickup Available”.

Is local pickup available for all products on Monogram Avenue?
No. At this time, not all products offered by Monogram Avenue are available for local pickup. Items that aren’t eligible for this option will not display “Local Pickup” as a delivery method at checkout and will be clearly marked as “Not available for local pickup” on the product page.
If you don’t see local pickup as an option, the item will be shipped directly to you instead.
How do I select Local Pickup at checkout?
To choose local pickup, select “Local Pickup” as your delivery option at checkout. We’ll send you a notification when your order is ready to pick up!
When will my order be ready for pickup?
Please view each product for turn-around-times. These times may vary for each product offered by Monogram Avenue.
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a notification. At that time, you can choose one of our local pickup locations and arrange a convenient pickup time. For security, a password will be provided; please have this, along with your order information and a valid ID, ready at pickup.
What should I bring when I come to pick up my order?
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a photo ID for verification. This helps us ensure your order reaches the right person. If someone else is picking up the order, they should bring a copy of the order confirmation email and password as well.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, if you need someone else to pick up your order, just let us know. Please include their name in the “Order Notes” section during checkout or reply to your order confirmation email. We will provide a password that you will need to provide to the person picking up your order.
