{DESIGN INSTRUCTIONS}

To ensure the best possible print quality, please follow these simple guidelines when uploading your design:

• File Format: We accept JPG or PNG files only.
• Art size: 3 3/4" x 3 3/4"
• Print-Ready Designs: Your design should be finalized and ready for printing. We’ll size it to fit your cup, but no other edits will be made.
• Need Help? If your design requires any adjustments or creative work, a $15 design fee will apply. We’re happy to help bring your vision to life!
• Before printing, we’ll send you a proof for approval, so you can be sure your cup will look just the way you want it.

• Items are made to order and will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days. Remember, transit time is in addition to creation time.
  • Creation time is the time it takes to get your items made, packaged and on its way to you.
