Credit Cards/Payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon purchase for all items.

Additionally, we accept PayPal for your shopping convenience. A PayPal account is not required to make purchases. Currently, we do not accept any forms of offline payment...money orders, checks, or credit cards via phone or email.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Monogram Avenue reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out of Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order of back-ordered items at any time prior to production/personalization or shipping.

Printed Products Policies

PRODUCT DESIGN DETAILS ------ PRINTED PRODUCTS

1. PROVIDING DESIGN DETAILS:

Please use product options when ordering to provide design details. If you have any questions about designing your product, please contact us.

2. DESIGN PROOFS:

We make every effort to provide a design proof as quickly as possible, usually within 24-72 hours of your completed purchase. Monogram Avenue will provide one proof and two (2) revisions of that proof. Revisions might include font change or color change to a name or other design element. After two (2) revisions, we do require an additional fee of $5 per proof.

We would like for every proof to be approved prior to production. However, if you have not approved your proof or have not responded to any design related questions within seven (7) days of receipt of your proof, the purchased item will be produced with the information provided to us at the time of order and shipped without buyer approval. No refunds will be issued nor will re-productions be done.

Once you have approved your proof, any design errors are your responsibility. Monogram Avenue cannot be held responsible for misspellings, errors in monograms, etc. once proof has been approved.

3. DESIGN COLORS:

The colors of finished products versus the colors seen on your computer screen may vary and are subject to a few variables.

  • Colors displayed by computer screens may look different based on display settings, resolutions, output quality, etc. and can vary from one computer screen to the next. The color that is seen on your computer can vary from the color seen on the computer used by Monogram Avenue. 
  •  Interpretation/processing of colors vary from person to person. What is seen as teal by you may not be seen as teal by someone else. If you want to match an item's color or confirm a particular color, please let us know. Monogram Avenue is happy to use your RGB color code or provide you with the RGB color code we use in the design process. 
  •  Depending on the substrate or the material the product is made of, colors can also vary from what is seen on your computer screen. Materials accept color differently and color variations will occur. Because of this, Monogram Avenue we cannot be held responsible for color variations in the final product. Again, this refers to anticipated color versus the actual color of the finished product.

Again, if you are trying to match a particular color, please let us know so that we can work with you to create what you are looking for.

4. COMMUNICATION for PROOFS:

All communication between Monogram Avenue and buyers for proofs will be sent via email at this time. Please be sure to check spam or junk mail folders.  

 

Returns Policy

Please follow return instructions for Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

(Log into your account to start return process.)

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of order delivery confirmation . Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of delivery confirmation. We track all products shipped and keep delivery confirmation information on file for each order.

It is your responsibility to return the item within 15 days for receipt in its original condition with the original packaging, box, and any instructions or papers that were sent with the item.

Once the item has been received, inspected, and deemed to be in original condition we will start the return process. You can expect to receive a refund in approximately 15 days. The refund will be the amount of the item returned excluding shipping and handling. Monies for refunds are applied to the original form of payment.

We suggest that returns be sent via USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation to ensure the package is received by Monogram Avenue. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

 Return Policy for Clothing and Personalized Items

All personalized clothing, custom clothing or other personalized items are non-returnable. Please be sure to check your order carefully prior to submitting the order to our system. Orders can not be changed once order processing and production have begun.

There are NO returns for personalized items. If you receive a personalized item that is defective we will replace that item at no cost to you. The item will be replaced with the exact same personalization. Any personalization different from the original will be charged as a new item.

 Returns for non-personalized clothing items

Returned non-personalized clothing items must e returned unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

No refunds will be given past the 15 day return policy. Items being returned must be returned to us within 15 days. No Exceptions, please.

Return Policy for  Sale & Clearance Items

Because we are a specialized online boutique please note that sale and clearance items can not be returned. No exceptions, please. Undergarments, swimwear, personalized items, clearance items and seasonal items are FINAL SALES. Sorry, no exceptions.

Exchanges are treated as returns. You may return your item (per stated policies) to us within 15 days of receipt with original tags in tact. Please follow return instructions for Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates Note: Any gross shipping overages will be adjusted and refunded during final order processing.

Products may ship in multiple packages.

Shipping  Time -- Most non-personalized orders received will ship in 3-5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or U.S. holidays.
 
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Some items on our website ship directly from the manufacturer to decrease delivery time and so, some shipping times may vary slightly. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Monogram Avenue or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
 
Unless otherwise indicated, personalized items can take an additional 7-14 business days to ship. During busy seasons personalized items can take an additional 10-14 business days to ship. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. holidays.

Monogram Avenue ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Delays, Lost/Stolen Packages & Shipping Insurance

Monogram Avenue is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to shipping carrier. Once items have been released to shipping carrier, Monogram Avenue cannot be held responsible for shipment delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages shipped to incorrect addresses. Insurance is available upon request for all packages and in most cases is automatically included. For packages retailing $200 or more, insurance is required and you will be contacted regarding additional purchase of insurance. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact carrier for instructions regarding damaged packages.

Taxes

Monogram Avenue will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax of 7% for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Mississippi. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Monogram Avenue, LLC signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
